Resumes a conversation by ID or name, or opens the session picker.

⛔ WHEN NOT TO?

Go back to an earlier point within the current conversation

/resume reopens a different, separate conversation by ID or name - it doesn't jump to an earlier point in the current session.

Better: /rewind

Already in the right open session

/resume is for switching to another conversation - without a session switch it does nothing useful.

Better: just keep typing, no command needed
